What the Co-living Community Offers:

For people who like to cook, we have a full kitchen/dining room, with two refrigerators(in addition to each furnished room having private mini-fridges), shelf-space/bins are available for personal foods to be stored, a filtered hot/cold water dispenser is available to stay hydrated, we have a coffee maker for our bean drinkers, a microwave for quick heating, a full-size stove, and a toaster for toasting; we also have some great new amenities coming soon, including an industrial ice machine, and a vending machine that, not only, provides food and drink, but also toiletries such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, as well as laundry detergents and dryer sheets and other useful items.

With safety at the forefront of our minds, this home is secured with auto-locking digital locks on all doors, a rotary lock on the back gate, 24/7 video surveillance inside and outside, and a resident (lives on site) property manager for added security and resident communication.

Additional features included in the price of rent are utitlities, wifi and cleaning of common areas, sewer, trash , free use of the Industrial Washer/Dryer units. The house also has 2 brand-new, Central Heating/AC units (one for upstairs and one for the main floor), new plumbing in the public bathrooms with brand new spa quality shower-heads, and for those with bikes, a bike rack is located in the back yard.

Located within Zone 1A of the Historic Downtown Saint Pete, our home has 15-units, some with private bathrooms and some without, 3 shared full bathrooms with showers, a large lobby with games and puzzles where we often host house game nights and pizza parties for all of our residents. There is a great tented area in the back yard with a barbecue and shaded seating, which comes in handy when it’s raining. As shown in the photo, we also have a balcony on the 2nd floor with a great view of the Saint Pete skyline, and there’s a dedicated Amazon/UPS/Delivery drop box attached to the USPS mailbox for safe deliveries.

Car Owners: SHL does not have private parking. A Residential Parking Permit is required for street parking in Zone 1A, and costs $15 per calendar year. The permit can be obtained by visiting the City of St. Petersburg Parking Citation Payment Office at 301 Central Ave. in downtown St. Pete during the hours of 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. You will need a copy of the lease agreement for at least 6 months term and/or a Driver’s License with current downtown address in Zone 1A, and your Vehicle Registration with the same address.
